The rooms here are spacious and newly renovated, our two-night stay was excellent, and the continental breakfast is delightful.

The breakfast offers lots of fruit, muffins and granola. Also, the location is marvellous, minutes from Arnot Mall.

The room here had really comfortable beds, a seating area, and a writing desk, plus a fridge; the hot breakfast and drinks were also great.

The room got an upgrade, and the bed and pillows were incredibly comfy. Having a separate bedroom made the stay even more relaxing. Checking out was a breeze and quick. The hot breakfast was delicious and the service was top-notch! 🌟

Breakfast room too small

The staff was very friendly and courteous. The freshly baked cookies (if they were there...) were very tasty!

We didn't like the fact that plastic dishes and polystyrene plates were used for breakfast. Moreover, sometimes there were hardly any places to find for breakfast, because so many bus tour travellers stayed at the hotel.

You can find a modern, well-equipped room here that includes a fridge and microwave.

Very nice staff at the reception. cookies and coffee at any time in the lobby. the room was large, very nice large beds. clean. Nice big modern bathroom, enough hand and shower towels. Breakfast everything you wanted, juice, coffee, waffles, baggels, toast, fruit salad (unfortunately from the can) yogurt, scrambled eggs... The swimming pool a little small but enough to relax after a hiking day in the National Parks. The water was extremely warm. The parking lots in front of the house were sufficiently available and free of charge to use.

The breakfast room was a bit small, we were lucky and found a place every time. The tables should be wiped more often. The plastic dishes and cutlery were not very pleasant.

Fantastic hotel with well-organized rooms. Amazingly nice staff. Warm and delicious breakfasts with bacon and sausage. Great location for Horseheads, close to a mall, restaurants, shopping centers, and the highway. Close enough to the lakes to get to the wineries.

Excellent reception by staff who went out of their way to show us round the area.

Location is about 25 minutes walk to the ferry terminal. I was fine with this but not everyone would like it.

The room I stayed in at Country Inn & Suites By Radisson, Big Flats had breathtaking views of the nearby hills. the staff was friendly and always quick to assist. I appreciated having a separate space in the room. the service was top-notch, the breakfasts were delicious, and the pool was well-maintained.

I liked my really nice stay on both nights. The room was modern with a comfortable bunk bed and beautiful views. The continental breakfast offered granola, muffins, and fruit, which was a nice touch. The hotel's location is convenient, close to hiking trails, the mall, various restaurants, and wineries.

The room was very large we had a king with refrigerator and separate bedroom.

Wi Fi connection was not very strong in the room, we had to go to the lobby a few times to get a better signal.
